- Administrative Agreement between the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the European Commission Directorate General on Trade Regarding Informal Dialogue on Business-Climate. It initiates informal dialogue between Ukraine and the EU on business-climate in the context of facilitating the increase of bilateral trade turnover and efficient implementation of trade and investment issues by timely data exchange between state bodies and close cooperation with business representatives;

- Memorandum on Mutual Understanding  between Ukraine and the EU and Loan Agreement between Ukraine, National Bank of Ukraine and the EU on Receiving Macrofinancial Assistance from the EU in the Amount of 610 Million Euro. It regulates the procedure of providing loan facility to Ukraine in the amount of 610 million euro aimed at stabilization of financial-economic system of our state;

- The Seventh Common Report Ukraine-EU on Execution of Memorandum between Ukraine and the EU on Mutual Understanding Regarding Cooperation in Energy Sphere. It includes the report of 2012 on progress achieved by Ukraine and the EU in convergence of energy markets in the framework of the Memorandum between Ukraine and the EU on Mutual Understanding Regarding Cooperation in Energy Sphere;

- The Protocol Following the Meeting between Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Eduard Stavytskyi and European Commissioner for Energy Günther Oettinger on February 21, 2013.
