According to him, the support for Ukrainian producers and enlargement of opportunities in the EU market is an important point of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU.
Volodymyr Groysman and Jean-Claude Juncker also coordinated actions in the energy sector. In this context the parties discussed issues of energy security of the EU and the importance of Ukraine as a gas transit partner.
The signing of the Memorandum on strategic energy partnership between the EU and Ukraine created preconditions for progress in the process of integration of energy markets of Ukraine and the EU, noted the Head of Ukrainian Government.
Ukraine relies on continued support and solidarity of the European Commission in the context of counteraction to the implementation of political projects Nord Stream 2 and the Turkish Stream, accentuated the Prime Minister.
