Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba to take part at video conference of EU foreign affairs ministers on 19 April upon the invitation of EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell. 

Dmytro Kuleba will inform his colleagues from the European Union about the current security situation and will suggest a number of practical steps to strengthen the EU effective support to Ukraine.
