The delegation of Ukraine was represented by Verkhovna Rada deputies S. Balandin (CPU), V. Kalyuzhniy (PR), S. Kurpil ("Batkivshchyna"), O. Netetska (PR), O. Pankevych ("Svoboda"), B. Tarasyuk (" Batkivshchyna "). The event was attended by the European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle.
