At the annual meeting of national contact persons on implementing institution building instruments  the sides discussed  cooperation with SIGMA Programme in the framework of the European Neighbourhood Policy

There was also a presentation of the experience of using Twinning, TAIEX and SIGMA instruments on the example of the countries-candidates for accession to the EU.
