The high officials from the European institutions, government institutions of Belgium, diplomats, business and non-governmental organizations came to congratulate Ukraine on the regarded anniversary. The representatives of Ukrainian diaspora, business, cultural and religious communities , NGOs and media were also among the numerous guests of the event.
