September 26 the instrument of ratification of Ukraine-EU Association Agreement has been deposited to the General Secretariat of the Council. It is expected that on 29 September General Secretariat of the EU would formally confirm the receiving of the document.

Thus, all the procedures, required to start the provisional application of the Agreement from November 1, will be completed.

In addition, on the same day the EU General Affairs Council will adopt the decision on the provisional application of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, as well as the statement concerning its ratification and implementation process.
