Ukraine calls on the EU to respond appropriately to the publication of the Report "Putin.War" based on Boris Nemtsov’s materials, which is an additional proof of the expansionist policy of Russia and its blatant aggression against the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine. This is stated in a letter of Representative of Ukraine to the EU Kostiantyn Yelisieiev addressed to the leadership of the European Union, the above mentioned document having been transferred herewith.

Given that the Report provides once again direct evidence of the illegal annexation of the Crimea, the presence of the Armed Forces of Russia in the Donbas and supply of arms and heavy weapons to pro-Russian militants, according to the diplomat, the EU should consider it while preparing for the next European Council to be held on 25-26 June and do its utmost to force Russia to withdraw its Armed Forces from the territory of Ukraine.
