On June 2 the trilateral Ukraine - EU - Russia gas expert consultations at a high level took place in Brussels, in the framework of which the parties discussed the issue of gas supplies from Russia to Ukraine after the expiration of the so-called "winter package".

Ukrainian delegation was headed by Deputy Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Igor Didenko.  Consultations were as well attended by the representatives of "Naftogaz Ukraine".

The parties agreed to hold trilateral Ministerial consultations on Russian natural gas supplies to Ukraine by the end of June.
