July 14, the  consultations were held in Brussels on the possibility of creating a Joint Ukraine-EU anti-fraud  investigation body

Ukrainian side was represented by the  Deputy Foreign Minister for European Integration Olena Zerkal and Deputy Justice Minister Anton Yanchuk.

The EU delegation was headed by the Director-General of the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), Mr Giovanni Kessler.

The parties expressed mutual readiness to use all available mechanisms to counter financial fraud and facilitate the implementation of anti-corruption legislation of Ukraine.

They discussed possible further steps in this direction for maximum use of the available instruments of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU.
