EU Military Delegation visited Sevastopol

The EU Military Delegation led by General Patrick de Rousiers, Chairman of the European Union Military Committee, arrived to Sevastopol. The guests visited Sevastopol Oleksandr Pokryshkin Brigade of Tactical Aviation
Col. Yuliy Mamchur, Commander of Brigade, spoke about tasks accomplished by his personnel as well as the guests observed the technical characteristics of MiG-29 fighters and their equipment and combat capabilities.
The delegation members had possibility to see and even practice the MiG-29 simulator. Then, the delegation attended the Ukrainian Navy Command and held talks with Admiral Yurii Ilyin, Commander of Ukrainian Navy.
The guests also visited the Sevastopol Crimean War Memorial (1854-1855).
